Reverse Dragon is pretty much useless. It is severely outdated and there are many better choices for attack type purposes.Reverse Dragon was the first attack ring designed for attacking in left spin.

Storm Grip is one of the most popular bases for upper attack types. Storm Grip comes with a flat, rubber tip. This makes combos with Storm Grip very fast and aggressive. One reason why this is one of the best bases for upper attack is it's height. Storm Grip is the lowest base ever created.
