Pegasis105F is not a very powerful attacker when it is uncustomized. This is due to its more Defense/Endurance oriented Wheel. It is still able to outspin most of the other MFB models, however. Its parts are useful because they are currently the only ones of their kind in the MFB system, the Wheel being particularly valuable because of its high Endurance and Defense compared to the other Wheels. It is far less likely to be knocked out than the other Wheels are.

The AR of Dragoon GT was built for [[Upper Attack]]. It has four ramps which allow for a wide range of reach.
When used un-customized, the height of the blade itself makes this negligible.
Another affecting factor is that the rather shallow lifting curve limits the lifting potential of this AR, and it was generally allowed to be outclassed by other parts.

However, when changed to a Metal Semi-Flat CEW, performance will become satisfactory.

However, this AR's survival properties are the most important. The AR is almost perfectly round, which gives it great survival because there are very few points of contact at which the recoil would be strong. [[Galeon]] follows an interesting trend of older Beyblades having some of the most useful parts. Perhaps it is because that Beyblade was at its purest, most strategic form then (which HMS made an attempt to return to). Aside from that, however, Galeon is still a great Beyblade. Even uncustomized, it can be used to good results. However, the really great point of [[Galeon]] is its AR, War Lion. This AR can be used in modern combos as one of the best ARs available. [[Dragoon V2]] was one of the earlier Beyblades that introduced the players into the V2 generation with the use of support parts. Uncustomized, it it just an average blade. The Spike Dragon AR may seem useless, but it's the BB that makes this Beyblade worth buying. With the ability to hold both a SG with a bearing and shaft and a SP, Dragoon V2 helped change the game by improving both [[Spin Stealers]] and [[Zombie]] types allowing them to become [[tier 1]]. After an indefinite hiatus in 2005, where [[Takara]] suspended the Beyblade toyline, Beyblade returned in August of 2008 with a new system, anime, manga and video game for the Nintendo DS following in 2009. Three stadiums has been revealed so far, “Attack”, “Balance” and “Stamina”; they are comparable to HMS stadiums. In the original renders that were released by TAKARA-TOMY, the centre of the stadium was hexagonal, instead of the traditional circle, but this idea never made it into the finished products.

==WBBA==
The WBBA (World Beyblade Battle Association) is an association being run by TAKARA-TOMY to promote Metal Fight Beyblade, by holding tournaments and giving away prizes to Beybladers who achieve a certain amount of points using the Beypointer.

WBBA shops can be found in numerous Japanese toy stores. These give access to a Bey Tai 1 arcade machine, which allows players to test beyblades and win prizes.

*TAKARA-TOMY also released BB-00 Pegasis Prototype. It is a silver version of Pegasis which is either without paint or simply bare die cast. Japanese people can however easily get one by either going to the World Hobby Fair 2008 or by playing on the GanGan Stadium arcade machine (Bey Tai 1) and winning three consecutive matches.
*TAKARA-TOMY will reward players in Japan a special, limited edition Beyblade (Quetzalcoatl) for obtaining a certain amount of points (15000) through battling other players in the WBBA and collecting three sub-licence cards and getting a premium licence card. Quetzalcoatl 090WF is also available to players who beat one of the highest levels at the Bey Tai 1.

==Attack Ring (AR): Flying Defence==

As the name suggests the Takara version of Flying Defence is able to fly. (However, Hasbro removed this ability and made some other changes, For more information see MOLD CHANGES) The width of Flying Defence is 8.84 cm wide (3.50”) and is too large to be thrown out of stadiums such as the Tornado Balance Type S and many others. For this reason it may be useful to use the [[Hasbro]] Version with a low base, such as Storm Grip Base, so it cannot be knocked of balance by an [[Upper Attack|Upper Attacker]] easily. If this Attack Ring on a high base, when it is knocked off balance the Attack Ring will scrape across the stadium flaw and stop spinning. Flying Defence is quite breakable, another reason not to use in in important matches.

Hasbro removed the ability to fly, as well as removing the three attacking points, leaving a totality circular AR. For this reason the Hasbro mold can be used against spin stealers, when paired with a low base, see this example combo:

The Magnecore was the second major revolution in beyblading (the first being the introduction of the Spin Gear and Left Spin). It introduced magnets to the game. The magnets were on the V and V2 beyblades and available separately from both Takara and Hasbro.

The Stadium used was Spin Blaster, and the results were as followed.

With the magnets blocking the pockets, Defense won 4/5 times while the Attack won 1/5. Defense shifted from one magnet to the other, whereas the attack pocketed itself. To try and reduce the probability of luck, this test was repeated with the same defense combo against a new attack customization.
